Terms of Service

Effective 26 October 2026

Chat Together is a Windows desktop application that shows Twitch, YouTube and Kick live chat in one window and lets you send messages and take moderation actions with the accounts you connect. It is an independent application and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Twitch, Google, YouTube or Kick. By using Chat Together you agree to these terms.

You connect accounts by signing in on each platform's own page, and you are responsible for everything sent from your accounts through Chat Together. Do not use it for spam, harassment, ban evasion or anything else that breaks the law or a platform's rules. Your chat history and exports are stored on your computer and can contain other people's messages and names. You are responsible for how you keep and share them.

Your use of each platform through Chat Together remains subject to that platform's terms: the Twitch Terms of Service, the YouTube Terms of Service and the Kick Terms of Service. Chat Together uses YouTube API Services, and by using its YouTube features you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and acknowledge the Google Privacy Policy. Kick chat is read through Kick's public website chat connection, which is not an official API. Any platform may change or stop supporting features that Chat Together relies on.

Chat Together is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. It is test software, and it may miss, fail to deliver or fail to record messages. To the extent permitted by law, its developer is not liable for any loss of data, accounts, revenue or platform standing arising from its use. These terms may be updated, and continuing to use the app means you accept the current version. Questions: [email protected].
